"My family and I would probably be dead by now. We were forced to flee after a gang threatened to kill us if we didn’t pay a monthly bribe. The amount of the bribe was too high for us to afford, so we had no choice but to flee. Back home, we had a fruit stall, and I also worked in a day-care center. I would have loved to open one myself since I love children."
